January 21, 2025
Over the weekend we were prompted that the doors at 300 Octavia were broken into and the interior space is being used including the facilities. We reached out to SFPD and the matter has been escalated to the City Attorney.
September 10, 2024
Yesterday City Agencies in tandem with the property owner secured and fenced the face/entry point of the building.
September 8, 2024
Per SFPD City Agencies will be assembling Wednesday for clean up and fencing the location. Encampments may start clearing out as early as Tuesday.
September 5, 2024
Tuesday morning an order to vacate was posted (for any encampments). Barricade placement will begin the process of securing down the premises. The City Attorney’s office is working with DBI.

We’ve been actively reporting and following the deteriorating conditions at the burnt building at 300 Octavia for well over a year. We will keep you posted of any further developments.
